Fagura charges investors a fee for servicing their investments, in the amount of 2% from the amount of the payments received. The servicing fee is not an annual fee and therefore can reduce investors returns by more or less 2%.
Fagura collects this fee for the following services provided to investors: keeping investors' virtual accounts, complex analysis of potential borrowers, collecting and processing principal and interest payments from the borrowers, and distributing monthly payments to investors.
Secondary Market Fees
Fagura will charge 1% from the sale of an investment on the Secondary Market which will be paid by the "selling" investor.
