The borrower can repay loans early at any time, either in full or partially, without penalties or additional fees.
If a borrower makes an early payment at any stage of the loan repayment, you will receive your proportional share of the payment, minus the 2.5% servicing fee, which is only applied to the corresponding monthly payment for the current month.
For example, if the monthly payment for a loan is 75 EUR, and the borrower repays 1,500 EUR early, the investor will pay a servicing fee of 1.87 EUR (2.5% of 75 EUR).
